Lexington, KY (January 17, 2026) – Emergency crews responded to a crash involving injuries Friday morning at the intersection of Greendale Rd and Citation Blvd in Lexington, located in Fayette County.
The collision occurred at approximately 7:36 a.m. on January 16. First responders, including local fire and EMS units, arrived at the scene to assist those hurt in the accident. While the number of vehicles involved has not been confirmed, multiple individuals were evaluated for injuries.
