The accident occurred on January 16 around 9:51 p.m. in the westbound lanes of I-630 between exits 3A and 3B, near the North Woodrow St overpass. Dispatch audio confirmed that multiple units, including Rescue 2, responded to the incident. Crews were tasked with both victim care and spill control operations at the crash site.
