Bicycle Accidents in California
Bicyclists face significant risks on California roadways, particularly in high-traffic areas such as Los Angeles freeways and interchanges. Despite dedicated bike lanes in many parts of the city, cyclists remain vulnerable to serious accidents when sharing the road with motor vehicles.
Many bicycle crashes occur due to factors like driver inattention, unsafe lane changes, or failure to yield. In collisions involving high-speed traffic, the severity of injuries can be substantial, leading to costly medical treatment and long recovery periods.
If you or a loved one has been injured in a bicycle accident, it is important to understand your legal rights. Victims may be eligible for compensation to cover medical expenses, lost wages, and other damages. Seeking legal guidance can help provide clarity and support during the recovery process.
