Los Angeles, CA (January 17, 2026) – A two-vehicle crash on the northbound I-405 off-ramp at Nordhoff St left at least one person injured Friday afternoon in the North Hills area of Los Angeles. The collision occurred around 2:51 p.m. on January 16 and involved a white Nissan Sentra and a gray Mercedes.
Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene, where they found the involved parties near Nordhoff St and Aqueduct Ave, close to a local Jack in the Box. One individual was reportedly bleeding from the head and was treated by paramedics on scene before being transported for further medical evaluation.
Traffic in the area was impacted as rescue and investigation efforts took place. Crews coordinated operations and communications across multiple channels while managing the situation. The cause of the crash is under investigation, and no further details have been released at this time.
