Los Angeles, CA (September 10, 2025) – A motorcyclist was hospitalized with major injuries Tuesday morning following a collision with a passenger vehicle on the 105 Freeway in Los Angeles, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred at approximately 9:50 a.m. on the westbound side of the 105 Freeway, near the interchange with the 110 Freeway—one of the busiest traffic corridors in the region. Authorities confirmed that a motorcycle and a Lexus sedan were involved in the collision.
Paramedics responded quickly and provided on-site treatment before transporting the motorcyclist to a local hospital. The victim’s current condition remains unknown, but CHP described the injuries as significant. No further injuries were reported, and it is unclear whether the driver of the Lexus sustained any harm.
Investigators are currently reviewing the scene and gathering witness statements to determine what led to the crash. Traffic in the area was impacted temporarily but has since returned to normal.
