The incident was first reported at approximately 11:15 PM and involved several vehicles, including a white Chevrolet Silverado and a gray Nissan SUV. The Nissan SUV, reportedly driven by a male slumped over the wheel, was suspected of moving slowly due to possible impairment. The crash caused major disruptions, with the Arlington Ave off-ramp partially blocked by the vehicles involved.
