Multi-Vehicle Crashes on the 405 Freeway
The 405 Freeway is one of the busiest routes in Los Angeles, and multi-vehicle crashes like the one near Moraga Dr are not uncommon. With high volumes of traffic and fast-moving vehicles, even minor disruptions can quickly escalate into serious incidents.
According to data from the California Office of Traffic Safety, multi-vehicle collisions on major freeways account for a significant share of injury-related crashes in Los Angeles County. Common causes include distracted driving, sudden braking, and lane changes at high speeds.
For those injured in these types of collisions, the recovery process may involve more than just physical healing. Victims often deal with lengthy insurance processes, vehicle damage claims, and lost wages—particularly if fault is disputed among multiple parties.
It’s essential for anyone involved in a freeway accident to document the scene thoroughly, obtain medical attention, and understand their legal rights when navigating the aftermath. Having the appropriate support can ensure that victims are protected and able to pursue the compensation they need.
