Los Angeles, CA (September 21, 2025) – A pedestrian sustained injuries following a hit-and-run collision on Saturday afternoon in South Los Angeles, according to reports from the LAPD South Bureau.
The incident occurred shortly after 12:16 p.m. in the area of E 112th St near an apartment complex. A gray four-door sedan struck the pedestrian and fled the scene westbound without stopping to render aid. A Code 3 emergency response—indicating urgent lights-and-siren transport—was initiated, and an ambulance was dispatched to care for the injured victim.
First responders provided immediate medical assistance at the scene. While specific details regarding the severity of the pedestrian’s injuries have not yet been released, the victim was reportedly in need of emergency medical attention.
