Louisville, KY (February 1, 2026) – Police and emergency medical services responded to a hit-and-run crash involving injuries at the intersection of Baxter Avenue and East Broadway in Louisville.
The incident occurred around 8:45 PM on January 31 and involved a collision between a silver Honda and a red Ford truck. According to dispatch audio, the red truck fled the scene heading toward the Highlands area. EMS units were dispatched to provide medical care to the injured, though the extent of those injuries has not yet been officially confirmed.
Multiple law enforcement units were engaged in tracking the suspect vehicle. The Louisville Metro Police Department is working with RTCC (Real Time Crime Center) to review nearby camera footage in an effort to identify and locate the fleeing driver.
The crash scene caused temporary disruptions as first responders assisted the injured and coordinated efforts to investigate the incident. As of now, no arrests have been made, and the case remains under active investigation.
