Lower Nazareth, PA (January 29, 2026) – A two-vehicle accident near the PNC Bank on Dryland Way left a 23-year-old woman with head and neck injuries on the afternoon of January 28. Emergency units were dispatched to the scene shortly after 4:25 p.m., according to county dispatch communications.
The crash involved a gray Mazda CX-3 and a white Chevrolet pickup truck. Upon arrival, medical responders found the woman experiencing pain in both her neck and head. She was treated on-site by EMS personnel, and further evaluation was expected.
Crews operated on TAC 1 to manage the incident, and police were on scene assisting with traffic and documentation. The extent of damage to both vehicles has not been disclosed, and no other injuries were reported.
An investigation is underway to determine what caused the collision.
