Lucerne Valley, CA (September 16, 2025) – A multi-vehicle crash involving at least three vehicles occurred late Sunday night near the intersection of Crystal Creek Rd and Foothill Rd in San Bernardino County, resulting in possible injuries and a prolonged emergency response.
The collision was reported at approximately 10:39 p.m. on September 14. According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch log, the crash involved a white Ford Mustang, a silver Chevrolet pickup truck, and a third unknown vehicle. At least one person was believed to be injured, with reports noting possible injuries in the third vehicle involved.
Emergency medical services (LEMS) were notified and dispatched to the scene, and towing services (1185) were arranged to assist with vehicle removal. The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Office (SBSO) was also on scene, and one of the involved drivers was suspected of DUI, as indicated by a “23152” code—referring to California’s legal code for driving under the influence.
The crash partially blocked the northbound lanes, causing traffic disruption. A private tow company was also en route to assist the driver of the Mustang, who had arranged for personal vehicle recovery.
Authorities completed their investigation at the scene and determined that CHP units were not required for further assistance. No additional information has been released regarding the extent of the injuries or whether arrests were made following the DUI suspicion.
Our thoughts are with all individuals affected, and we hope for a full recovery for anyone injured in the incident.
