Madison, TN (January 16, 2026) – An accident during the Thursday morning rush left multiple people injured following a crash on Gallatin Pike S near a local Pre K-8 school in the Madison area.
Emergency crews from Nashville Fire and Rescue responded quickly to the scene at approximately 7:45 a.m. Paramedics evaluated and treated several individuals on-site who sustained injuries in the crash. The full extent of those injuries has not yet been released.
The collision occurred along the 1200 block of Gallatin Pike S, a heavily traveled corridor during school commute hours. The presence of a nearby school heightened concerns as traffic was impacted and the area was temporarily secured to ensure the safety of all involved.
Authorities have not yet provided details regarding the cause of the crash, and it remains under investigation by local law enforcement.
