The crash took place at approximately 5:44 p.m. on January 16, near the intersections of Bell Dr and Avon Blvd, according to public safety dispatch reports.
Engine 208 and EMS personnel arrived on scene shortly after the incident was reported. Medics treated at least one patient who sustained a head injury in the collision.
