Miami, FL (January 1, 2025) – Two police vehicles collided Tuesday afternoon at SW 8th Ave and SW 1st St in the East Little Havana neighborhood of Miami. The crash occurred at approximately 3:05 PM while the officers were responding to a vehicle collision reported moments earlier in the same area.
Emergency responders, including firefighters and paramedics from Miami Fire and Rescue, were dispatched to the scene to provide assistance. One officer reportedly sustained head injuries and was treated at the scene before being transported to a local hospital for further care. The condition of the second officer has not been disclosed.
