Midland, TX (May 14, 2025) – A serious collision involving multiple semi-trucks disrupted traffic early Wednesday morning along Interstate 20 near Cotton Flat Rd, just south of the Horseshoe complex. The Midland Fire Department responded to the scene shortly after the incident was reported at approximately 6 a.m.
First responders, including paramedics and rescue teams, worked quickly to extricate two individuals trapped in their vehicles. Three people sustained injuries and were transported to a nearby hospital for further treatment.
Authorities from both the City of Midland and the Texas Department of Transportation coordinated to manage traffic and oversee cleanup operations.
