Milford, CT (January 16, 2026) – Emergency crews responded to a multi-injury vehicle crash along the northbound lanes of I-95 near Milford on January 15. The crash, which occurred just after 1:00 p.m., involved a vehicle found on the right shoulder and resulted in at least three reported injuries.
First responders arrived at the scene and requested additional transport units to accommodate multiple patients. One individual was transported to a nearby hospital for evaluation of shoulder pain. The extent of injuries to the others involved was not immediately confirmed. Fire and rescue crews from surrounding departments assisted with medical support and traffic control.
The crash led to temporary delays on the northbound side of the interstate while emergency teams worked to assess victims and remove vehicles from the shoulder. The cause of the collision remains under investigation by local and state authorities.
