Morgan County, IN (August 4, 2025) – A tragic wildlife-related crash on Saturday night left one person dead and another critically injured after a motorcycle struck a deer on State Road 67 near Bradford Woods. The Morgan County Coroner’s Office confirmed the fatal incident occurred just before 10 p.m. on August 2.
Authorities reported that the motorcycle, carrying two individuals, was traveling along SR 67 when it collided with a deer in the roadway. The force of the impact caused both the driver and passenger to be ejected from the motorcycle.
When emergency crews arrived, they found the passenger unresponsive and declared them deceased at the scene. The driver sustained critical injuries and was transported by first responders to a nearby hospital for urgent medical care.
