Nashville, TN (January 16, 2026) – Emergency services responded early Friday morning to a serious crash with injuries at the intersection of Nolensville Pike and Paragon Mills Rd in the Paragon Mills area. The incident occurred at approximately 6:17 a.m. and led to significant emergency activity at the scene as the morning commute began.
First responders, including paramedics and fire personnel, assessed and treated individuals hurt in the crash. The collision occurred along a busy stretch of Nolensville Pike, which also serves as TN-11, US-31A, and US-41A—routes frequently used by commuters and local traffic in southeast Nashville.
Authorities have not yet confirmed how many vehicles were involved, but the crash resulted in multiple individuals sustaining injuries requiring immediate attention.
