According to dispatch audio, Squad 7 was the first to arrive on scene, with Engine 4, Ladder 13, Rescue 7, and other units quickly following. The crash was reported in the vicinity of the I-10 High Rise structure, with initial reports indicating that someone may have been trapped inside a vehicle.
