Newport News, VA (September 15, 2025) – A collision involving a truck and a sedan resulted in injuries Saturday morning at the intersection of Main Street and Warwick Boulevard in Newport News.
Shortly before 12:30 p.m., emergency responders from Medic 7, Engine 3, and Newport News Police arrived on scene following reports of a two-vehicle crash with airbags deployed. The force of the collision caused visible damage to both vehicles and triggered airbag deployment, indicating a significant impact.
Injured parties were evaluated by medical personnel, though the total number of individuals hurt has not yet been confirmed. The intersection at Main and Warwick is a high-traffic area, and the incident caused temporary disruption while crews worked to assist those involved and clear the roadway.
