Norfolk, VA (September 22, 2025) – Emergency responders were dispatched Sunday afternoon to the intersection of North Beach View Street and Modoc Avenue following a motor vehicle crash that left at least one person injured.
The accident occurred around 4:40 PM local time on September 21. Engine 13 and Medic 12 were assigned to the call, responding on Tactical Channel 2 after initial reports confirmed the presence of injuries. The scene was secured shortly after, allowing medics to begin treatment.
