Norfolk, VA (January 17, 2026) – A motor vehicle accident involving injuries and a verbal dispute between involved parties was reported Thursday afternoon at the intersection of Llewellyn Ave and West 38th St in Norfolk.
The incident occurred around 4:18 p.m. on January 15 and involved a two-car collision. Emergency units responded quickly after receiving reports of both the crash and an escalating situation between the drivers.
