Norfolk, VA (January 17, 2026) – A motor vehicle accident involving injuries and a verbal dispute between involved parties was reported Thursday afternoon at the intersection of Llewellyn Ave and West 38th St in Norfolk.
The incident occurred around 4:18 p.m. on January 15 and involved a two-car collision. Emergency units responded quickly after receiving reports of both the crash and an escalating situation between the drivers.
One person sustained injuries in the accident and was evaluated by paramedics at the scene. The extent of those injuries has not been released, and it is not yet known if transport to a hospital was required.
Radio traffic from the scene indicated tensions were high, with one individual reportedly shouting about vehicle damage and appearing visibly distressed. Police remained on scene to manage the situation and ensure safety for all parties involved.
