North Hollywood, CA (September 18, 2025) – Several people were injured in a multi-vehicle crash in North Hollywood early Tuesday morning, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department. The incident occurred just before 6:45 a.m. on Vineland Avenue near Vanowen Street, involving four vehicles and causing significant disruptions in the area.
One of the vehicles involved overturned onto its roof, while an SUV landed on top of another vehicle. The crash also caused damage to a nearby railroad crossing. Five individuals were transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. A sixth individual at the scene declined transportation for medical evaluation.
As authorities worked to clear the wreckage, a Ventura County Line Metrolink train was temporarily stopped a short distance from the crash site, causing brief delays.
At this time, the identities of those involved have not been released, and the cause of the accident remains under investigation by local authorities.
