Oakland, CA (September 15, 2025) – A two-vehicle traffic collision occurred Saturday evening near the intersection of Fruitvale Ave and Pruvel in Oakland, leaving at least one individual with a complaint of pain. The crash involved a GMC Yukon and a gray Chevrolet Malibu and was reported around 5:37 p.m.
According to California Highway Patrol dispatch audio, the individual experiencing pain declined ambulance transport at the scene, and emergency code 1141 (ambulance requested) was ultimately canceled. Despite the refusal of immediate medical aid, CHP responded to assess the situation and facilitate the exchange of information between involved parties.
