Orange County, FL (January 17, 2026) – A traffic accident with reported injuries occurred Friday afternoon on State Road 408 westbound, close to the intersection of East Anderson Street and South Bumby Avenue in Orlando.
Emergency units from Engine 11 and Medic 141 responded to the scene at approximately 4:44 p.m. following reports of a vehicle collision near the SR 408 off-ramp leading to E Anderson St. Paramedics treated at least one individual on-site, though the exact nature and severity of the injuries have not yet been made public.
The incident happened near a busy corridor often affected by afternoon traffic. While responders worked to assist the injured and manage the scene, there were no extended road closures announced.
