Pacoima, CA (September 16, 2025) – A major traffic collision with injuries was reported Monday afternoon on Glenoaks Blvd in the Pacoima neighborhood of Los Angeles, prompting a Code 3 emergency response from Valley Division authorities.
The crash occurred just before 3:50 p.m. near the heart of Pacoima’s residential and commercial corridor.
