Plano, TX (January 17, 2026) – A multi-vehicle collision caused injuries late Friday morning at a busy intersection in Plano. The crash occurred just south of Highway 121 at Custer Rd around 11:35 a.m., prompting a joint response from Plano Police Department, Frisco PD, and emergency medical crews.
Initial reports from the scene confirmed that four vehicles were involved in the collision. At least one individual sustained a shoulder injury and was evaluated on site by first responders. The injured party’s condition has not yet been publicly detailed, but the response included coordination between both city agencies due to the scale of the crash.
Traffic through the intersection was impacted as authorities managed the scene and assessed damage. The cause of the crash is currently under investigation.
