Plano, TX (January 16, 2026) – A two-vehicle crash involving a black BMW sedan and a gray SUV caused injuries and led to road closures early on Thursday morning at the intersection of Park Blvd and Custer Rd.
The crash was reported around 7:59 a.m., with initial details indicating the vehicles collided while traveling eastbound on Park Blvd. Responding officers and emergency personnel arrived to find significant damage and an injured juvenile female who was later transported to a local hospital for further care. Her condition was not specified, but it was confirmed to require medical evaluation.
Authorities temporarily shut down northbound Custer Rd as a precaution, and it was noted that traffic signal lights at the intersection were not operational at the time of the incident. Ridgeview crews assisted with traffic direction using temporary stop signs while responders worked the scene.
