Richmond, VA (September 20, 2025) – A personal injury collision was reported Friday afternoon, September 19, at the intersection of Decatur St and Richmond Hwy. The crash was dispatched around 4:41 p.m. and brought a response from Richmond Police Department officers along with emergency medical services.
