Truck Accidents and Highway Dangers in Texas
Accidents involving commercial vehicles on highways such as I-35 often result in severe outcomes due to the size and weight of the trucks involved. The stretch of I-35 running through Bell County is a critical corridor for both commuter and freight traffic, making it particularly vulnerable to high-impact collisions.
Early morning hours like 3:25 AM can be especially dangerous due to driver fatigue, reduced visibility, and lighter traffic flow that may encourage higher speeds. When a commercial vehicle and a smaller passenger car collide, the force of impact can be devastating.
In fatal crashes involving large trucks, the investigation process typically includes vehicle inspections, analysis of driver logs, and road condition assessments. Families affected by such incidents are often left grappling not only with grief but with complex legal and insurance issues.
If your family has experienced a loss due to a serious truck crash, seeking timely legal guidance may help in understanding your rights and pursuing justice.
