San Diego, CA (September 12, 2025) – Emergency responders rushed to the scene of a traffic accident with reported injuries early Friday morning near the Balboa Ave ramp on the northbound side of State Route 163.
According to reports from San Diego City Police and Fire Dispatch, the crash occurred shortly before 7:00 AM near the junction of Balboa Ave and the SR-163 on-ramp, causing significant traffic delays in the area. Multiple emergency crews, including fire and paramedic units, were dispatched to assess and aid those involved in the collision.
