Santa Clara, CA (January 17, 2026) – Emergency responders were dispatched Friday afternoon to a traffic accident with injuries near St. Justin’s Church on Homestead Rd in Santa Clara. The incident occurred around 1:14 p.m. near the cross streets of Las Palmas Dr and Kylie Blvd, within Station 3’s response area.
Initially, multiple units from Santa Clara Fire Department, including Engine 93 and Engine 94, were assigned to the scene. However, Engine 93 was later canceled, suggesting that the situation may have been stabilized upon further assessment. Engine 94 remained on site to provide aid and monitor conditions.
First responders evaluated those involved and provided care to at least one individual with reported injuries. While the severity of the crash is not yet confirmed, the incident did prompt an emergency medical response.
