Santa Clarita, CA (December 9, 2025) – A serious two-vehicle crash occurred late Sunday night on San Francisquito Canyon Rd, leaving at least one person with significant injuries, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash was reported around 10:21 p.m. on December 7, approximately three miles south of Spunky Canyon. Officials stated that the two vehicles collided head-on under unknown circumstances. One of the vehicles was reportedly smoking following the impact, indicating substantial damage.
First responders arrived to find one person trapped inside a vehicle. Fire and rescue crews worked to extricate the individual, who was then transported to a nearby hospital for treatment of serious injuries. The identities of those involved have not been released, and there were no immediate updates on the condition of the other driver.
