Santa Cruz, CA (February 21, 2025) – A 30-year-old man from Santa Cruz County was fatally struck by a vehicle early Thursday morning, according to the Santa Cruz Police Department.
The accident occurred around 2:30 a.m. at the intersection of Highway 1 and River Street. Police reported that a vehicle traveling northbound on Highway 1 collided with the pedestrian as he was crossing the roadway.
