Santa Rosa, CA (September 23, 2025) – One person sustained serious injuries Sunday night in a multi-vehicle crash at the intersection of Frates Rd and Adobe Rd in Santa Rosa. The collision was reported around 8:44 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
Initial reports indicate that three vehicles were involved in the accident. Two of the vehicles reportedly collided head-on, though the sequence of events leading up to the crash has not yet been confirmed.
Emergency crews responded to the scene and provided aid to at least one individual with serious injuries. The patient was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. The condition of the other drivers or occupants involved was not immediately available.
