Silver Spring, MD (January 31, 2026) – A personal injury collision was reported in the early morning hours of January 30 on the outer loop of Interstate 495 between University Blvd and Colesville Rd, just prior to Exit 30. The crash drew a multi-agency emergency response in Montgomery County.
