Soddy-Daisy, TN (January 16, 2026) – An accident in Soddy-Daisy led to multiple injuries following a traffic collision along the 9400 block of Hixson Pike.
Emergency responders from Soddy-Daisy Fire and Rescue arrived quickly just before noon to assist those hurt in the crash. Paramedics provided medical treatment at the scene to several individuals suffering from injuries. Officials have not released the total number of people involved or the nature of their conditions.
The crash occurred around 11:52 a.m., disrupting traffic in the area as crews worked to secure the roadway and assist those affected. Temporary lane closures were put in place while investigators examined the scene to determine what led to the incident.
At this time, the cause of the collision remains under investigation. Authorities have not yet indicated whether distraction, mechanical failure, or traffic violations contributed to the crash.
