South Bend, IN (September 19, 2025) – On Friday late morning, a motor vehicle collision with injuries occurred on State Rd 23 near South Bend. The crash was reported around 11:37 a.m. PDT, bringing emergency crews, including fire and rescue units, to the scene.
First responders, including paramedics, assessed and treated individuals hurt in the crash. Both vehicles involved ended up off the roadway but remained upright, minimizing the risk of rollover injuries. Victims were transported to nearby hospitals for additional medical care.
