The Cadillac sustained moderate damage but was able to be driven away.
A female occupant of the Silverado suffered injuries and was transported by Christian Hospital EMS to Christian Hospital Northeast for treatment. The other drivers involved were not reported as injured.

Our thoughts are with the injured woman, and we wish her a full recovery.
Multi-Vehicle Accidents in Missouri
Saturday’s crash on US-67 demonstrates the dangers of intersection collisions, especially when drivers fail to obey traffic signals. These incidents often lead to multi-vehicle chain reactions, leaving multiple cars damaged and occupants injured.
Missouri crash data consistently shows that red-light violations are a major contributing factor in serious accidents across the state. When drivers run signals, they not only put themselves at risk but also endanger others who have the right of way. On busy highways like US-67, the resulting impacts are often severe due to higher speeds and heavier traffic volumes.
To reduce risks, safety officials urge drivers to approach intersections with caution, remain alert to traffic signals, and avoid rushing through yellow or red lights. Taking the time to stop safely can prevent devastating collisions.
