Sudlersville, MD (September 16, 2025) – A two-vehicle crash on Monday afternoon resulted in serious injuries near Benton Corner Rd and Sudlersville Rd in Sudlersville.
The collision involved a trash truck that came to rest in the woods. Medics and Maryland State Police Aviation Trooper 6 responded to the scene, providing emergency care. Due to the severity of injuries, one patient required air transport to Shock Trauma.
Traffic was disrupted in the area while emergency crews assessed the scene, treated the injured, and coordinated vehicle recovery. Authorities are investigating the cause of the collision and the sequence of events that led to the crash.
