Sun Valley, CA (September 13, 2025) – An early morning collision involving a big rig and a passenger vehicle left at least one person seriously injured in the Sun Valley area of Los Angeles. The crash occurred around 6:46 a.m. in the 11400 block of West Saticoy St, drawing a significant emergency response.
Firefighters with the Los Angeles Fire Department responded swiftly after receiving reports of a person trapped in the wreckage. Upon arrival, crews discovered that a man had been pinned inside the vehicle following the impact with the big rig. Specialized rescue tools were used to safely extricate him from the damaged car.
