Sun Village, CA (September 23, 2025) – A deadly rollover collision occurred Monday evening near the intersection of 90th St E and E Palmdale Blvd in the Sun Village area of Los Angeles County. The crash took place at approximately 6:54 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
Initial reports indicate that an SUV and another vehicle were involved in the collision. The SUV rolled over during the crash and came to rest on its roof. The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
Emergency personnel from the Los Angeles County Fire Department and deputies from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department – Palmdale Station responded to the scene. Upon arrival, they located at least one individual with fatal injuries. That person was pronounced dead at the scene. Officials from the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner also responded.
Authorities shut down multiple roadways in the area for several hours to allow for emergency response and collision investigation.
The identity of the deceased has not yet been released pending notification of next of kin.
