Tacoma, WA (January 13, 2026) – Emergency crews responded to a serious vehicle collision involving entrapment early Sunday morning near the downtown art museum on Pacific Avenue in Tacoma.
The incident occurred around 2:06 a.m. on January 11. According to dispatch audio, a male passenger was found trapped beneath the dashboard following the crash. Despite the entrapment, the individual was reported to be conscious as medics arrived to assess and assist him.
Fire and rescue teams worked at the scene to free the man and evaluate the extent of his injuries. The exact cause of the crash, as well as the number of vehicles involved, has not been officially confirmed.
Authorities continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident.
