Taney Co, MO (September 14, 2025) – A traffic collision with reported injuries occurred on Highway 248 – 2 miles north of Branson on September 12 at approximately 9:45 a.m.. The crash involved two vehicles and resulted in one person being transported to a local hospital for treatment. Emergency personnel responded promptly, and the injured individual was taken to Cox Hospital in Branson by EMS.
The accident took place when Vehicle 1, a 1999 Dodge Caravan, failed to yield to Vehicle 2, a 2007 Honda Odyssey, striking the right side of the Odyssey. Both vehicles sustained minor damage, and both drivers were able to drive away from the scene. The 35-year-old male occupant of the Honda Odyssey sustained injuries and was transported to the hospital for evaluation.
