Toledo, OH (January 16, 2026) – Emergency crews were dispatched Wednesday afternoon to a traffic collision with reported injuries near the intersection of Front St and the I-280 entrance ramp in Toledo.
The crash occurred around 1:28 p.m. and involved two vehicles—a blue Lincoln and a tan sedan. According to initial reports, the vehicles were not blocking the roadway, allowing traffic to continue moving through the area. Despite the limited obstruction, emergency medical teams responded to assist at least one person who had sustained injuries in the crash.
Additional calls also noted other accidents occurring nearby on Star Avenue approaching the I-280 ramp, further complicating traffic conditions in the area.
Authorities are currently investigating the incidents to determine what factors contributed to the crashes. No further information has been released regarding the severity of injuries or whether any citations have been issued.
