The crash involved a blue Honda Accord and a gray Dodge Journey. Tucson Police East Division units and EMS crews responded quickly, with medics providing immediate care for the teen, who suffered head, arm, leg, and chest injuries. He was transported to a nearby hospital for further evaluation and treatment.
The incident occurred in the westbound lane of E Tanque Verde Rd, causing traffic delays while emergency personnel assisted the injured and cleared the roadway.
