Turlock, CA (September 19, 2025) – One person was hospitalized following a rollover crash late Wednesday night on southbound Hwy 99 in Turlock. The collision occurred around 11:37 p.m., just north of the Lander Ave on-ramp, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Investigators said a sedan struck a Pepsi semi-truck that was stopped on the right shoulder of the freeway. The impact caused the smaller vehicle to overturn, prompting a quick response from Turlock Fire crews and emergency medical personnel.
The driver of the sedan reported pain at the scene and was transported to Doctors Medical Center for further treatment. No other injuries were reported, and the driver of the semi-truck was not said to be harmed.
Authorities remained on site to clear the wreckage and direct traffic while an investigation was launched to determine the factors contributing to the crash.
