Virginia Beach, VA (September 16, 2025) – An early morning traffic accident with reported injuries occurred Tuesday on Interstate 264 East just before the Rosemont exit in Virginia Beach. The crash was reported around 3:59 a.m. and prompted an immediate response from Virginia Beach EMS units, who were assigned to the scene using Tactical Channel 3 for coordination.
Emergency personnel responded quickly to assess injuries and stabilize the situation. While the number of vehicles involved has not been confirmed, the incident was significant enough to disrupt early morning traffic on one of the region’s busiest commuter routes. At least one person was treated for injuries at the scene.
Traffic flow in the area was temporarily affected as first responders worked to secure the crash site and provide medical care. Authorities have not yet released further information about the injured party’s condition or the cause of the collision, which remains under investigation.
