Waldorf, MD (January 24, 2025) – Emergency crews responded to a severe head-on collision along Leonardtown Road near Deborah Drive on Thursday afternoon. The crash occurred at approximately 1:42 PM and left two individuals with significant injuries.
Upon arrival, firefighters found both drivers trapped in their vehicles. Rescue teams worked quickly to extricate the occupants, who were then evaluated by EMS. Due to the severity of their injuries, a MEDEVAC was requested, and the Maryland State Police Trooper 2 helicopter transported the two adult male patients to MedStar Trauma Center for further treatment.
