Weld County, CO (January 16, 2026) – A 58-year-old woman was transported to North Colorado Medical Center on Thursday afternoon following a T-bone collision near 16th Street in Greeley, according to emergency reports.
The crash occurred around 5:00 p.m., and the victim was reportedly traveling at approximately 55 miles per hour at the time of the impact. She was wearing a seatbelt, and her vehicle’s airbag deployed during the crash.
The woman sustained chest pain from the seatbelt and airbag deployment, as well as additional pain in her right hip and tibia. Emergency medical personnel confirmed there was no loss of consciousness, nor were there any complaints of back or neck pain. Her vital signs remained stable throughout transport, and she was administered fentanyl for pain management.
Although the injuries were not immediately life-threatening, the woman was transported under trauma protocol for further evaluation.
Authorities have not yet released information regarding the other party involved or the cause of the crash. An investigation is ongoing.
